REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), please email info@menfav.com, or contact +30.212.104.9300.

Please ensure the RMA # is included and clearly visible on the outside of your return package, as well as inside the package on a piece of paper. This enables our store to promptly receive and process your returned item(s).

Please note, returned item(s) received without an approved RMA # are unable to be processed and will be returned to shipper, whenever possible.

Please do not return your item(s) to the manufacturer. They are unable to issue a refund, or assist with the returns process.

ITEMS EXEMPT FOR RETURN

Several types of item(s) are exempt from being returned. Any items that have been used, worn, damaged, mishandled, have markings, stains or any other type of disfigurement, are not eligible for return and refund cannot be issued.

REFUNDS

Once applicable returned item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file providing an update on the refund eligibility and approval of the returned item(s).

A refund will promptly be issued for approved returns and credited back to the original credit card or payment method used during the original purchase, which should appear on your account within 5 - 7 business days.

GIFTS

If item(s) were purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, applicable refund(s) will be issued to the original purchaser on file.

Please note, shipping costs to return item(s) are the shipper's responsibility and are non-refundable.

We recommend when shipping item(s) with a value of over €75, to consider using a trackable shipping service and insurance coverage for the value of your returned item(s). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
